Usage Notes

Concurrency Limits

Rate (concurrency) limits depend on your plan tier; the platform adjusts them dynamically based on resources. The basic principle is Max > Pro > Lite. Each project can call models concurrently (for example via subagents). Recommended number of parallel projects:

  • Lite: a single project at a time.
  • Pro: 1-2 projects in parallel.
  • Max: 2+ projects in parallel.
Subscribers enjoy higher concurrency during off-peak hours (dynamically raised), which supports more simultaneous projects.

Account Usage Rules

  • Subscriber-only: sharing an account or subscription among multiple people is prohibited; violations restrict plan benefits and, in severe cases, normal account use.
  • Designated tools only: Coding Plan is only for the coding tools and environments (endpoint /api/coding-plan/v1) listed in the Developer Guide; use in unsupported scenarios will restrict benefits.
  • Enforcement: violations may trigger risk control with throttling or suspension; repeated violations may lead to an account ban.

Permanent Bans

A permanent ban is the platform's most severe enforcement action. It is applied prudently — only when evidence is sufficient, risk signals are clear, and the account is confirmed to have engaged in reselling, relaying, arbitrage, or similarly severe violations. A permanent ban is never triggered by a single metric; we combine multiple risk signals with necessary human review.

Because risk-control evidence involves platform mechanisms and user privacy, we do not disclose the full decision logic or backend logs. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, submit an appeal through official customer service; we re-review based on backend records and risk-control evidence.

Please follow the platform terms of service and plan rules. Compliant use of Coding Plan helps keep model resources stable and fair for real developers.

Managing Your Subscription

  • The console Coding Plan page shows plan status and the remaining quota and recovery time of the three windows.
  • Subscriptions are one-time payments with no auto-renewal: the subscription ends automatically at expiry, so no manual cancellation is needed.
  • Buying again while a subscription is active stacks the new subscription to start when the current period ends — no remaining time is lost.
  • You can also query from your own code with a cp_live_ key: GET /api/coding-plan/v1/subscription (current plan) and GET /api/coding-plan/v1/usage/current (quota window usage).

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. Fees cannot be returned even if the plan quota is unused. Choose the tier and period that best fit your needs.
