Online Top-up

The console offers personal and enterprise verification entries, useful for invoicing and compliance reviews; online top-up does not require verification first. The requirements and statuses shown on the page are always authoritative.

Submitting Identity Verification

  1. Sign in to the console and open Verification.
  2. Choose personal or enterprise verification.
  3. Fill in the required details and submit.
  4. Return to the verification page to check the review status.

Topping Up

  1. Open Top Up.
  2. Enter the number of points to top up; the page shows the points-to-currency conversion.
  3. Choose a payment method and create the order.
  4. After payment, confirm the result in top-up history and the billing center.
